Planning

Event Planning is available for our most prestigious clients. We know that it takes a lot of time to plan the perfect event. We can do as much or as little as you need to get everything organized. In most cases, for complete planning services we would meet for a consultation and discuss what you need the most help with. We would charge a retainer for our services and estimate your total budget for the event. We negotiate our fees and come to agreements on all necessary contracts. Then, we work directly with you and our vendors to schedule appointments, tastings, and viewings. We handle all the payment transactions, and meet as often as needed to sign outside contracts and other terms.

If our complete planning services aren’t the perfect fit for you, that’s okay! We can help with references and recommendations, and let you do the leg-work.

Decorating

Our decorating service is our most popular option, especially for engaged couples that need some help with their big wedding day.

We make this process as easy as possible and can get everything done and ready for you in two meetings or less. First we meet for a free consultation. At this initial meeting we discuss your needs and what you want for your special day. We will discuss your budget, and give you some ideas as to what you may expect to pay for our services.

Generally, at the time of this first meeting you may have some of your details already organized. These details may include:

  1. Event Date

  2. Ceremony and Reception Location

  3. Other Vendors already secured, such as:

    • Photographer

    • Videographer

    • Caterer

    • Cake Decorator

    • DJ or Band

    • Officiant

    • Other Services

  4. Estimated Number of Guests

If you don’t have any of these details organized yet, that’s okay. We can help make referrals and point you in the right direction for finding and securing these other services and vendors.

Once we have an understanding regarding what you want your dream day to look like, we take all of that information and create a custom quote for you. We schedule another meeting with you and go over our proposal. From there we negotiate the final price, if needed. Once we have all the details set, there are some simple contracts to sign and we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Then, you can stress less and when your event day comes, we take care of making sure it’s the way you want it.

Nearly all of our decorating packages will include all of your rentals, setup and tear down, clean up, and day-of coordination with all of your vendors to make sure everything is perfect.

Rentals

We have many rentals that are available for DIY events. These rentals include tables, chairs and table linens. We offer free delivery of most rentals within our local area, and we deliver outside our local area for a fee. We also offer setup and tear down of specific rentals for an additional fee. This is our commitment to providing you with what you need, while still working with you to keep your costs as low as possible. We have the largest rental inventory in the area. We do not have a complete list of all rental items because our inventory is constantly changing and updating; and we work with other regional partners to be able to offer products that we don’t carry. If you’re curious if we offer a particular item, just send us a message and we will let you know if we can supply it.

For some of our rentals we required that we deliver and setup as per our policy. These rentals include items such as tents, dance floors, pipe and drape, backdrops, and lighting. Often times our prices will be inclusive of the setup and tear down charges, but we can specify these per request.

Photo Booth

We were the first company in our local area to offer state-of-the-art photo booth service. Our arcade style photo booth prints 2x4 photo strips in a matter of seconds. Our photo booth services are usually complete with an attendant, all photos, and props. Many options are available.
